SANGUS Warranty Policy

SANGUS products are designed and manufactured to provide reliable long-term performance under normal installation and operating conditions. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage, service procedure, and limitations applicable to SANGUS products.

1. Warranty Period

The warranty period for the product is 60 months (5 years) and begins from the date of purchase.

The warranty is valid only when the customer provides a valid proof of purchase showing the product type, model, and date of purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage

If the product develops a defect during the warranty period under normal and proper use, SANGUS LTD will, at its own expense and at its discretion, repair the defective product, replace defective parts, or replace the product with a functionally equivalent item.

Warranty repairs are carried out free of charge for the customer, provided that the defect falls within the scope of this Warranty Policy.

3. Repair or Replacement

Repairs may be performed using new, equivalent, or refurbished parts, depending on the technical assessment of the manufacturer or authorized service personnel.

Any replaced products or parts become the property of SANGUS LTD.

A product defect within the warranty period does not automatically entitle the customer to receive a new replacement product. The appropriate remedy is determined after technical inspection.

4. Repair Time

The time required for repair may vary depending on the nature of the defect, technical complexity, and availability of spare parts.

The maximum repair period is 30 days from the date the product is accepted for warranty service.

The warranty period is suspended for the time during which the product remains in service for warranty repair.

5. Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase;
  • Product model and identification information;
  • Description of the defect;
  • Photos or videos of the issue, where applicable;
  • Contact details for communication.

SANGUS LTD may request additional information where necessary to assess the warranty claim.

6. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by incorrect electrical connection or improper installation;
  • Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or tampering with the product;
  • Damage caused by excessive force during installation or handling;
  • Damage resulting from external causes unrelated to normal product use, including power surges, fire, flooding, earthquake, impact, or other force majeure events;
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or use outside the intended purpose of the product;
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation, unless reported immediately after delivery and proven to be transport-related.

7. Installation Responsibility

Electrical installation must be performed in accordance with applicable local regulations and safety requirements. Where required by law, installation should be carried out by a qualified person.

Incorrect installation may result in malfunction, safety risk, and loss of warranty coverage.

8. Consumer Rights

This Warranty Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable European Union or national consumer protection laws.

Where mandatory legal warranty rights apply, they remain valid independently of this commercial warranty.
